This package includes your wedding coordinator's attendance on the day at the venue, overseeing everything and helping you throughout the proceedings.

• Your Wedding Ceremony at your choice of location.
• Witnesses if required.
• Champagne on arrival at your hotel.
• Two Nights Luxury Four Poster Accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast Basis at a hotel of your choice in Gretna Green or the outlaying area (please note: this does not include your reception / meals).
• The Executive wedding photography package which consists of 30 (10” x 8”) photographs, mounted into a cream leather album etched in gold on the front “Our wedding Day in Gretna Green” .You will have the option to view all your photographs from contact sheets which will be posted to you. You can then select the 30 pictures for your album.
• Allow your photographer to select your pictures and we will have your completed album ready for you to take home the next day.
• Your flowers - a Superb Bridal Teardrop Posy and a Grooms Buttonhole prepared fresh a few hours prior to your wedding, which will be colour co-ordinated with your bridal attire. You will have personal contact with our florist.
• A Top Table Flower Arrangement and Four Balloon Arrangements for a party of approx 20 people. (An additional cost will apply for parties over 20). These table decorations will be delivered to your hotel on the morning of your wedding. You will have personal contact to discuss your colour scheme etc.
• A Scottish Piper & Drummer to pipe the arrival of the groom and guests and then pipe the bride into the wedding ceremony.
• Bride's Hair & Makeup on the morning of the wedding. The beautician will come to your hotel.
• A choice of transportation from a Vintage Car, Horse & carriage, Stretch Limo or The Classic Rolls Royce.
• A second car (rolls royce) for either the groom and bestman or the bridesmaids.
• A Wedding DVD Recording (you will receive two extra DVD’s for your family or friends).
• 2 Doves released at after your wedding ceremony to symbolise your love for each other.
• A 2 Tier wedding Cake.
• We will arrange boxes of confetti for your guests.
• We will secure accommodation for all your wedding guests and arrange your wedding reception on your behalf.        
• A meeting on the eve of your wedding with your co-ordinator, who will run through your wedding day with you. Giving you peace of mind that everything we have booked is in hand.
• Your co-ordinator will be there at the venue to ensure everything goes according to plan, leaving you to truly savour your wedding day.

NB: The Packages do not include the following costs (all fees are subject to change):

1. A Religious Marriage Ceremony performed by a Minister will cost approximately £150 payable when you pay your balance, plus the £70 Marriage Notice and Registration fees.
2. A Civil Marriage Celebrant (a Registrar) will cost £255 on weekdays, £335 on Saturdays, £376 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. This includes the cost of your marriage notice and registration fees and is payable direct to the Registration Office.
