Wedding Packages > Our Executive Wedding Package

Our Executive Wedding Package

£2,500 at the Gretna Hall Blacksmith’s Courtyard, Mill Forge or World Famous Blacksmith’s Shop. Gretna Old Parish Church £100 surcharge; Anvil Hall £200 surcharge.

1. Your Ceremony at your choice of location.
2. A list of Ministers associated with your choice of location or a Civil Marriage Celebrant that will be secured on your behalf.
3. Two Nights luxury four poster accommodation at the hotel of your choice in the Gretna Green and outlying area. (The hotel we would normally use features a four-poster bed, whirlpool bath, large shower, use of bathrobes and slippers, fresh fruit and champagne).
4. A Wedding DVD (you will receive an extra 2 DVD’s for your family and friends). This will commence with the departure of the bridal party from their accommodation and will continue with their arrival at your choice of location, capturing the bridal party being piped around into the courtyard and then from your selected wedding transport and into your ceremony. The video will run throughout, capturing all related events before returning to your hotel to capture a mock cake cutting. Should you wish the video to capture other related events, such as speeches, first dance etc. We will provide you with contact details for our videographer.
5. The Executive Photography package, provides you with 30 (10" x 8") photographs mounted into a cream or black leather album with "Our Wedding Day at Gretna Green" gold embossed on the cover. You will have the option to view all of your photographs, which will allow you to select your best 30 for your wedding album or you may wish for your photographer to choose your photos and then we endeavour to have your photos ready the next morning to allow you to take your album home. If this is not possible, then your photographs will be posted to you by first class post.
6. You will receive a CD of all your wedding images from which you are free to print.
7. Two parent’s albums containing 7”x 5” copies of main wedding album.
8. Your choice of Bridal transportationfrom a selection of vintage cars, stretch limo, classic Rolls Royce Silver Shadow or a horse & carriage.
9. A Second car that will transport 3 other members of your party from your chosen hotel to your selected venue and back. Note a limousine will transport 8.
10. A Scottish Piper who will first pipe the groom and your guests into the ceremony and will be waiting for the brides arrival to pip ahead of the bridal transport before piping the bride from the carriage and into the ceremony. Once the ceremony has been completed, the piper will pipe the bride & groom around the grounds to the selected photographic locations at your choice of venue.
11. A superb bridal teardrop posy and a grooms buttonhole, prepared fresh a few hours before your wedding. You can have personal contact with the florist with regard to style and colours.
12. A two tier heart shaped wedding cake, with a 9” fruit filled base and a 7” sponge filled top tier. Decorated with sugar craft to match your bridal attire and flowers. Delivered to your hotel on the morning of your wedding.
13. A pre-wedding consultancy meeting on the eve of your wedding with your coordinator, who will run through your day with you, giving you peace of mind that everything is in hand.
14. Full co-ordination on your wedding package at your wedding ceremony, ensuring everything is in place and goes as planned, leaving you to truly savour your Wedding day.

NB: The Packages do not include the following costs (all fees are subject to change):

1. A Religious Marriage Ceremony performed by a Minister will cost approximately £100 payable direct to the Minister plus the £65.00 Marriage Notice and Registration fees.
2. A Civil Marriage Celebrant (a Registrar) will cost £245 on weekdays, £325 on Saturdays, £366 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. This includes the cost of your marriage notice and registration fees and is payable direct to the Registration Office.
